Who are you

We seek a driven and strategic Sales Manager with a high technical understanding and a proven track record in scaling up technology companies. You have significant experience in B2B sales, and you excel in data-driven sales methodologies. What you will do

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving our sales strategy and expanding our market presence. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand our customer base
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, particularly in the B2B sector
  • Utilize data-driven approaches to optimize sales processes and strategies
  • Oversee and optimize the use of our CRM system to manage sales activities, pipeline, and reporting
  • Foster strong relationships with key clients and partners
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and marketing strategies
  • Represent Flic at industry events and trade shows to promote our products and network with potential clients

Basic requirements

  • Proven experience in scaling up technology companies
  • Experience and a rich network in Safety and Security, Retail, Hospitality, Healthcare, Manufacturing and/or Automotive. 
  • High technical understanding in software and ideally also in hardware
  • Strong proficiency in data-driven sales methodologies
  • Proficiency in using HubSpot or similar
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills in English

Good if you also have

  • Familiarity with international markets, especially English-speaking regions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and adaptive environment
  • Interest in technology and innovative product solutions

Location

This position is for our office in Stockholm and at least half time in the office is expected.
