Who are you

We seek a high-spirited person who loves marketing, sales, and automation. You have a marketing or business development degree and a few years of experience in a related field. You are looking for a place where you can have fun, where your efforts matter significantly, and where you can grow together with the company.

What you will do

Your main responsibilities will be to create qualified B2B leads for the sales team. Flic’s products are fascinatingly diverse and find customers in fields such as Security & Safety, Eldercare, Hospitality, Industrial IoT, Medtech, Automobile, Sports, Retail, Home Automation, Smartphone Apps, Music Creation, Robotics, and much more. It will be your job to analyze previous and current deals, identify similar opportunities, and create marketing campaigns and lead lists for new sales. Additionally, you will manage sales automation tools to warm your identified leads and utilize AI tools to accelerate and improve our sales and marketing processes.

– Build and manage our lead generation engine to qualify and nurture new B2B leads from MQL to closed deals.
– Provide input to enhance the B2B-focused content creation and targeting strategy
– Facilitate collaboration between the Marketing and Sales teams
– Represent Flic at events and trade shows around the world

Basic requirements

– You strive to be the best in what you do
– You are a critical thinker and dare to challenge the status quo
– You can prioritize and execute highly value-added tasks efficiently
– Experience in market & data analysis, lead generation, automation, B2B marketing, and AI
– Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
– Proficient in Hubspot, Mailchimp or Klavyio, Meta business suite, Linkedin Ads, Tiktok ads, Google Ads, Google Data Studio, Zapier, Google G Suite
– Reliable, organized, and proactive personality with great people skills
– Professional written and verbal communication skills in English

Good if you also have

– International experience (mainly English speaking markets)
– Interest in IoT/wireless communication/hardware development or home automation

This position is for our office in Stockholm and at least half time in the office is expected.
