About Flic

Flic is a boutique hardware development company in Stockholm with a mission to make interaction with tech products as simple as possible. Our clients consist of both large corporations and consumers all over the world. We are a small, growing team that loves what we do, and now we are excited to get a new member of our Delivery team on board.

What you will learn

As part of our Delivery team, you will get the chance to learn about the daily operations of a market-leading hardware development company that delivers products on a global scale. More specifically, you will have a better understanding of the product lifecycle from the factory to the end consumers, both in Business-to-Consumer and Business-to-Business channels. Furthermore, you will also learn about customs, regulations, and last but not least how to communicate with customers. Oh, and you will also know how to operate an ultraviolet printer!

What you will do

You will help us ensure that our customers will receive their Flic products as they ordered, promptly. Because you will work with arranging products and materials, you need to be organized, hands-on, careful, fast, and able to adapt to the circumstances. At Flic, we always seek to improve and innovate, so we count on your opinion. You will execute the following responsibilities in a dynamically changing manner:

  • Preparing, shipping, and follow-up B2B, and B2C orders from contracting until delivery
  • Maintaining and operating an ultraviolet printer
  • Solving customer issues regarding delivery, returns, and warranty cases
  • Arranging incoming shipments and keeping order in the Stockholm office
  • Procuring packing and office equipment

Basic requirements

  • Reliable, precise, and hands-on personality
  • Availability of at least 20 hours per week
  • Great interpersonal- and English communication skills

Good if you also have

  • Interest in IoT / hardware development
  • Experience in any of the following areas:
  • supply chain
  • manufacturing
  • customer service
