Built-in Push Notifications (No App Required!)
Recipients can now subscribe to Push Notifications directly within their browser. Works on iOS, iPadOS, Android, macOS and Windows.

Resolution Tracking
A button press often represents a task – a spill in aisle 4, a re-stock request in the warehouse, or calling for service. To keep track of which requests are being acted upon, simply mark it as Resolved in the Chat Room.
- Coordinate: Staff can enter the Chat Room to see all active requests.
- Chat: Discuss specific details of a request to handle tricky situations.
- Resolve: Use the new “Mark as Resolved” feature to clear the queue. This ensures that everyone on the team knows the job is done, preventing double-work and missed tasks.
